Every Modular Energy Production System (MEPS®) device is fully automated by a master computer control system, which means your plant is running safely 24 hours per day, 7 days per week. Using an internet connection, we can actively monitor the MEPS for potential errors and troubleshoot them in real-time.

Our automatic system was specifically designed to monitor both ethanol production and the operation of the MEPS itself. While other ethanol production systems rely on chemical testing in a lab, our ethanol testing can be built into the system itself to record data on numerous variables, such as material temperature, pH, yield, and sugar levels, among others. The software also measures and controls a wide range of mechanical operations, including heating and cooling, material flow, cleaning and safety checks, to optimize performance and efficiency.
