Aside from its direct impact on energy production and waste reduction, the Modular Energy Production System (MEPS®) is unique in that it is fully automatic, modular and scalable, meaning users can customize their production plants to meet their specific requirements.

Automatic Monitoring & Support

All MEPS units can be controlled by a master computer system via an internet connection. Based on a user-defined set of parameters, the system is built to be remotely monitored and can troubleshoot all areas of production 24 hours per day, 7 days per week.

Modular

The MEPS is designed to be easily shipped and assembled anywhere in the world after it has been fabricated in the Easy Energy Systems factory. Each MEPS fits on a standard drop-deck semitrailer fitting within normal DOT standards, thus dramatically reducing shipping costs both domestically and worldwide. With such ease of transportation and assembly, your production plant can be up and running within weeks instead of months.

Scalable

The MEPS comes in four standard sizes:

• 500K gallons per year
• 1M gallons per year
• 2M gallons per year
• 5M gallons per year

By uniting a series of MEPS devices, users can configure their ethanol plants based on their energy needs up to 100M gallons per year.

As Easy Energy Systems continues to develop technology that will add various feedstock conversion capabilities to the MEPS, including cellulosic ethanol production, lactose-rich whey ethanol production and more, the MEPS proves that small-scale ethanol production is economically viable and environmentally safe.
